We are a busy family. In between school, work and kids’ sports, I only have 30-60 minutes to prepare a healthy low carb dinner for my family. Often, I start dinner then have to pause and go pick up a kid from practice. I need easy keto dinners that can be prepped in stages to allow for our chaotic schedule.
These keto dinners are what I feed my family for the week. I filled in the gaps with leftovers. This weeks keto menu we have tri-tip with buffalo cauliflower (that I cooked in the air fryer), keto skillet meatballs and beef tips with mushrooms and noodles. I generally will plan for 3-4 meals during the week and leave the weekends open in case we go out to dinner or have plans with friends & family.
