I’ve been working hard to get out a weekly keto menu for you! This is what I fed my family of four for the week. I have three keto dinners for you. One meal, we use the leftovers from the roasted pork loin to make a pork and rice stir fry. If you make up 2-3 pork loins, you will have enough for leftovers for multiple meals!
We are a busy family. In between school, work and kids’ sports, I only have 30-60 minutes to prepare a healthy low carb dinner for my family. I need easy keto dinners that can be prepped in stages to allow for our chaotic schedule.
These keto dinners are what I feed my family for the week.
This weeks keto menu we have roasted pork loin, pork and rice stir fry and sesame chicken. I generally will plan for 3-4 meals during the week and leave the weekends open in case we go out to dinner or have plans with friends & family.
