MY FAVORITE BERRY BURRATA SALAD! EASY KETO MEAL!


This salad was created on a whim based off of items I had in the fridge and pantry! It came out amazing, and I’ve been making and eating this ever since. It’s a pretty big salad, so it definitely serves 2 people good.

My Amazing Low Carb Berry Burrata Salad Recipe

Serving Size: 2

Ingredients:
1 heirloom tomato
1/2 pint or 3 oz blackberries
1 basil sprig (about 3-4 basil leaves)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Drizzle balsamic vinegar (start with 1 tbsp)
1 fresh ball of burrata cheese

The balsamic vinegar is higher in carbs, but it makes the salad. You can definitely sub the lowest balsamic vinegar option!
