If you are an avid Tik-tok watcher, you probably have seen a few videos of people dumping tomatoes in a casserole dish, sticking a block of feta cheese in the center, baking it and creating a creamy delicious tomato based pasta sauce that just needs cooked noodles. Well… I’m making all of that but I’m making a keto version of the baked feta pasta tik-tok hack!

This really is one of the easiest way to make a creamy, cheesy keto pasta. It’s the ideal keto dinner for when you don’t have a lot of time to prep. Just dump in three ingredients – tomatoes, olive oil and feta cheese – and bake it. Then when it’s done, you add in your low carb noodles, maybe some chicken, some basil, whatever you want!

2 cups grape tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
½ cup olive oil
1 block feta cheese
3 basil leaves
½ cup kalamata olives
1 cup shredded chicken
1 teaspoon salt
1 package hearts of palm noodles

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Add tomatoes and garlic to a casserole dish. Add olive oil and toss tomatoes to coat. Place block of feta cheese in the center of the dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Add in basil, olives, chicken, salt and noodles.
