100g (1/3 cup) melted butter
30g (2 1/5 tbsp) coconut oil
5g (1tsp) baking powder
180g (2 cups) almond flour
2.5g (.5 tbsp) kosher salt
20g (3 tbsp) coconut flour
1. Preheat oven to 355 F.
2. Combine all wet ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Then add dry ingredients. mix until smooth.
3. In a greased loaf pan pour your mixture and place in the middle rack of the oven.
4. Bake for 40 minutes, test by sticking a toothpick into the center. if it comes out clean it is done.
6. Rest for the same amount of time it baked for before slicing.
