For this week’s keto meal prep video, I’m showing you how to make keto soup recipes. We are making three low carb soups to hit the spot and warm the belly over the cold winter months. These soup recipes are easy to throw together and only involve a few hours in the kitchen.

I love making keto soup for meal prep because they are easy to store and taste just as delicious reheated as they do when the soup is first made.

For keto dinner this week, we are having three soup recipes. I’m making a keto beef pho, a keto stew and keto chicken and dumplings. The pho broth will be made in the instant pot. The low carb Italian beef stew will be made on the stove top and cooked in the oven in a dutch oven. And the keto chicken and dumplings comes together in 30 minutes on the stove top.
