KETO PESTO DIP I Perfect Appetizer I Easy and Simple Low Carb Recipe

I’ve been making this pesto dip for years and am so happy I get to share this with you. This one is made with walnuts, but of course you can make the traditional one with pine nuts.

It’s perfect with chips or on sandwiches and wraps!

My Keto Pesto Dip Recipe:
4 oz basil
2 tbsp Nuts of choice – I used walnuts
1 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup Olive oil
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Using a food processor (or blender), start by blending the garlic and walnuts.
2. Then add the parmesan cheese and blend.
3. Add your basil, and then blend again.
4. Now, add your olive oil, salt and pepper at this time.
5. This is a perfect time to taste. If you want it to be a runnier consistency, then add more olive. If you need more salt, add more.
6. Blend once more and transfer onto a bowl. Enjoy with your favorite chips or put this dip in sandwiches!

Mi receta de salsa Keto Pesto:
4 onzas de albahaca
2 cucharadas de nueces de elección: utilicé nueces
1 taza de queso parmesano
½ taza de aceite de oliva
3 dientes de ajo
2 cucharaditas de jugo de limón
Sal y pimienta para probar

Direcciones:
1. Usando un procesador de alimentos (o licuadora), comience mezclando el ajo y las nueces.
2. Luego agregue el queso parmesano y mezcle.
3. Agregue su albahaca, y luego mezcle nuevamente.
4. Ahora, agregue su aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta en este momento.
5. Este es un momento perfecto para probar. Si quieres que tenga una consistencia más líquida, agrega más aceituna. Si necesita más sal, agregue más.
