I’m so excited to share my Mexican coleslaw recipe with you guys! This recipe is keto-friendly, low carb, gluten and grain free and amazing.

It’s a recipe I’ve been making for a long time with my family. We love having this coleslaw as a side with chicken, steaks, ribs, or any other proteins. We also love this coleslaw with tacos, tostadas, and even my egg skillets.

Ingredients:
10 oz Shredded Cabbage
1/4 Large Red onion, diced
1 Small Roma tomato, diced
1 tbsp Chicken Bouillon Powder
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayo

*If you want it less creamy, use 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup mayo*

Please note: If you don’t have sour cream, you can use all mayo.

If you want to cut more carbs, you can omit the red onion and roma tomato.

Nutrition for the entire thing (please note this makes 3-4 servings): Calories: 551, Fat: 52g, Protein: 6g, Net Carbs: 12g

1/4 de cebolla morada grande, cortada en cubitos
1 tomate Roma pequeño, cortado en cubitos
1 cucharada de caldo de pollo en polvo
1/2 taza de crema agria
1/2 taza de mayonesa

Tenga en cuenta: si no tiene crema agria, puede usar mayonesa entera.

Si desea cortar más carbohidratos, puede omitir la cebolla morada y el tomate roma.
