KETO LOW CARB SHAVED ICE WITH CONDENSED MILK I Super Easy Recipe I No Ice Maker Needed!


Yes, now you guys can have shaved ice at home! 💗I just made shaved ice at home and you guys, Nati and I are literally so obsessed! It’s so bomb!

Today, we even made a homemade keto condensed milk with it and topped it off with strawberries 🍓

2 cups of ice
Toppings of choice

Keto Condensed Milk:
Ingredients:
2 ½ cup heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
1 cup Sweetener (I used granular monkfruit, but you can use allulose or erythritol too)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract/Vanilla Bean Paste
Dash of Salt

Directions:
1. Start by adding all items for the condensed milk into a sauce pan on medium low heat. Stir until all items are combined.
2. Let this come to a boil, and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes. Your milk should have reduced by half and thickened a bit.
3. Take this off the heat and transfer into a glass bowl. Refrigerate and let cool for 30 minutes. This will thicken even more overnight, so you can wait until then too.
4. Take out your food processor and add 2 cups of ice. Blend until you have powdery snow. Be careful!
5. Prep any toppings you want (wash your berries, cut them, etc)
6. Now assemble – ice, condensed milk, toppings and more condensed milk and enjoy!
