KETO LEMON PEPPER CAJUN WINGS WITH CILANTRO SAUCE I Easy and Delicious Low Carb Recipe


These are my favorite wings right now, and you can cook them from frozen and they’re ready in 25 minutes! If you don’t have an airfryer, you can cook them in your oven too.

Lemon Pepper Cajun Wings:

You’ll need –
10 Frozen chicken wings (you can do fresh too, just cook them for less time – probably 15-20 minutes)
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
2 tbsp Avocado oil
Dash of salt

Here’s my version – I added more jalapenos.
1 cup mayo
1 Bunch cilantro
5 Jalapenos
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
3 tbsp mustard
2-3 cloves garlic

Lemon Pepper Cajun Butter Sauce:
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
1. In a bowl, add your olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder,
2. Place in air fryer (https://amzn.to/3g0FI5E) and airfry for 25-28 mins at 400F until crispy.
3. While your wings are cooking, make your sauce by adding everything to a blender.
4. Now, make your butter sauce and have that ready for when your wings are done
5. Take out your wings from the air fryer and add to butter sauce. Mix until fully incorporated and enjoy with sauce!
