Keto Lemon Mug Cake with Lemon Glaze Recipe:

Lemon Mug Cake –
1 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp almond flour, packed
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener (use your sweetener of choice, I used granular monkfruit in this one)
3 tbsp egg whites (OR 1 egg white)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8-1/4 tsp lemon zest

Directions: Add into a mug, mix thoroughly and microwave for 1 min 20 secs!

Lemon Glaze-
1 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp powdered sweetener (you can use granular too)
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp lemon zest (if you want hints of lemon, use less zest)
Directions: Mix until well combined!

Nutrition for mug cake (without the glaze): Calories – 238, Fat – 22g, Protein – 9g, Net Carbs: 4g

Nutrition for mug cake AND glaze: Calories – 341, Fat – 32g, Protein – 11g, Net Carbs: 4g

1/8 cucharadita de ralladura de limón (si quieres toques de limón, usa menos ralladura)
