KETO GINGERBREAD COOKIES! How to Make Keto Gingerbread Cookies | ONLY 2 CARBS!


Gingerbread Cookies:

Makes: 10-15 cookies

2 cups of almond flour
½ cup of sweetener
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
1 tablespoon of ground ginger
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon of cloves (or pumpkin pie spice)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 large egg
2 tablespoons of melted butter
½ tablespoon of molasses or maple syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
½ teaspoon of xanthan gum

Easy Whipped Cream Recipe:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sweetener
Dash of salt

Whip with a whisk, hand or stand mixer until cream is thick and tripled in size!

Keto Royal Icing Recipe (from my friend Joyce @liftingiscake on Instagram)
1 1/2 cups of powdered sweetener
1 tablespoon of egg whites powdered (Here is the link:
2 to 4 tablespoons of water
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Add ingredients to a bowl and mix by hand.
Roll it into a ball and wrap in plastic
Set in fridge for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 300
Roll out the dough between two parchment papers
Cut into shapes with cookie cutter
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
Let cool and decorate

Macros (Per Cookie for 10 cookies)
2g Net Carbs
5g Total Carbs
3g FIber
12g Fat
5g Protein
137 Calories
