During the summer, I love enjoying cold desserts that my whole family can enjoy. Today, I’m going to teaching you how to make these fun, keto friendly and low carb. They’re also low calorie, and completely kid friendly.

My daughter, Nati has definitely been eating these all week!

Keto Berry Swirl Yogurt Pops –

Servings: Makes 10 pops

½ cup heavy cream
1 cup low carb Greek yogurt
2 tsp vanilla flavor (or 1 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract)
½ tsp lemon juice
1 cup almond milk
6 tbsp powdered sweetener + 2 tbsp extra
¼ tsp salt
1 cup frozen berries
