KETO ASIAN CRISPY PORK BELLY WITH CAULI-RICE I SO GOOD I THE BEST TAKE OUT COPYCAT


This recipe is a must try! It reminds me of Asian take-out, but a keto version.

Pork Belly Ingredients:
1 1/2 -2 lbs pork belly, diced into 1 inch slices
1 tbsp fish sauce (https://amzn.to/30deiUN)
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1/2 tsp minced garlic or 1 garlic clove
2 tbsp sweetener – I used granular monkfruit

Simple Cauli-Rice Ingredients:
1 bagged cauli-rice
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic or 1 garlic clove

Directions:
1. Place pork belly in pan and leave until they start to turn brown.
2. Flip pork belly and let it crisp on the other side.
3. Drain oil, and add garlic.
4. Cook until it crisps up more and add fish sauce and soy sauce.
5. Mix and then, add in sweetener.
6. Finally, cook until crispy.
7. Take out your bagged cauli-rice and microwave for 3 mins. Squeeze bag and drain all water.
8. Place in a nonstick pan and stir until cauli-rice is fluffy. Add salt, pepper, sesame oil and garlic.
9. Cook until your desired texture.
10. Serve and enjoy!

Direcciones:
1. Coloque la panceta de cerdo en la sartén y déjela hasta que empiecen a dorarse.
2. Voltee la panceta de cerdo y déjela crujiente por el otro lado.
3. Drene el aceite y agregue el ajo.
4. Cocine hasta que esté más crujiente y agregue salsa de pescado y salsa de soja.
5. Mezcle y luego agregue el edulcorante.
6. Finalmente, cocine hasta que esté crujiente.
7. Saca el arroz con cauli y el microondas en bolsas durante 3 minutos. Apriete la bolsa y drene toda el agua.
8. Coloque en una sartén antiadherente y revuelva hasta que el arroz cauli esté esponjoso. Agregue sal, pimienta, aceite de sésamo y ajo.
