How To Make Keto Mozzarella Cheese Sticks – 2 Ways – Easy Keto Low Carb Recipe and Snack Idea

Today, I’m making keto mozzarella sticks using the air fryer and stove top! I’m testing both ways and let you know which one comes out better.

These taste amazing and taste very authentic to the real thing.

Keto Mozzarella Sticks Recipe:
– 5 Low Moisture Mozzarella Sticks
– 1/2 cup grounded pork rinds
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 5-7 dashes garlic powder
– 1/4 almond flour
– 2 eggs, beaten
– Oil for frying

1. Cut mozzarella sticks in half and place in freezer for 20-30 mins
2. In a separate bowl or plate, mix pork rinds, grated parmesan and garlic powder.
3. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs
4. In a separate bowl, add 1/4 cup almond flour.
5. Take cheese sticks out of the freezer and start your batter procedure.
6. Dip cheese sticks in almond flour, egg, pork rind mixture, egg and then pork rind mixture again.
7. For the air fryer – place 5 pieces into the air fryer and fry for 10 mins on 400F.
8. For stove top, add 1/2 cup oil to pan and cook until crispy on each side.
9. Serve on plate with marinara sauce and enjoy!
