Ground Beef Keto Recipes!

Happy New Year my keto family! I hope that you had a nice and enjoyable holiday vacation! Now one of two things happened to you while you were on the holiday break: You either painstakingly stayed on the keto diet, (…and if you did I applaud you!), or you completely fell of the bandwagon! Don’t feel bad if you did, because I cheat every holiday season!

I find it hard to stay on keto during that time between Christmas and New Years. So I cheat! I cheat, have fun and the Monday following the New Years, I’m back on keto! Have I gained some weight…Yes! But will I lose that weight again…a DEFINITE YES!

Here’s the full scrumptious ground beef keto recipe that is being featured in this video:

Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole


8 Slices of Bacon – cooked & chopped
1 lb Ground Beef
1 C Onions – chopped
3 Cloves Garlic – minced
1 Tsp Burger Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 oz Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1 -2 Tbsp Mustard
1 C Cheddar Cheese – shredded
Pickles – cut in pieces

Cook bacon & set aside.

Brown beef in bacon fat (drain if too much fat) & add onion , garlic & seasonings. Add worcestershire & cream cheese, mix well. Remove from heat.

In medium bowl combine, eggs, cream & mustard, mix well. Mix in 1 c cheddar cheese.

Spread ground beef mixture into 8 x 11 baking dish or you can use a 9 x 9. Top with sliced
pickles, bacon & egg mixture. Top with additional cheddar cheese.

Bake @ 350° for 15 – 20 minutes.
