Cooking dinner on a sheet pan is a total time saver. And this video show and explains how.
1. Sheet pan dinners are basically a dump and go dinner. Add your meats and vegetables on one pan, season and bake.
2. You can do other stuff while dinner is cooking instead of watching the stove. Get some chores done, play with the dog, play with the kids, have a glass of wine.
3. Clean up is easy – especially if you lined your baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
In this video, I’ve come up with four keto dinners that are perfect for the warmer weather, but you can enjoy them anytime of year!
➡️ First we make a simple chicken and roasted vegetables sheet pan dinner using chicken legs, turnips as potatoes, broccoli and mushrooms.
➡️ Next it’s a sheet pan chicken teriyaki – a simple teriyaki sauce is coated over the chicken and bell pepper, mushrooms and broccoli are tossed on the pan.
➡️ After that we make roasted brussels sprouts and bacon. Brussels sprouts, asparagus and green beans are roasted in bacon fat and toss in a balsamic dressing, bacon and walnuts. This works as a side dish too!
➡️ Finally I show you how to make roasted cilantro lime shrimp along with cherry tomatoes, garlic, asparagus and bell pepper. Toss this all on top of a salad or enjoy mixed together with more cilantro lime vinaigrette.
