These honestly remind me of a chicharron, and they’re perfect every single time. I’m making mine with an air fryer today, however, you can bake them in the oven as well.

Please note – this is the most BASIC recipe, so if there are seasonings you love, use that. This video is to share with you how to get the crispiest pork belly 💗

Keto Crispy Pork Belly:
1 2lb slab of pork belly
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
*If you want it saltier, or spicier, just add more and of course, use any seasonings or spice rubs you love*

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp powdered sweetener
2 tsp mustard (dijon)
1/4 tsp lime juice

Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce:
1 tbsp mayo
1/2 tsp sriracha or sambal chili sauce

I air fried my pork belly for 15 mins each, but this will depend on how thick you cut your pork belly. The thicker you cut it, the more time you’ll want to air fry it.
