KFC Keto Coleslaw Copycat Recipe:
Servings: 6

1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons powdered sweetener
1 Med carrot shredded
1 10oz bag shredded cabbage
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

1. Combine mayo, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sweetener, salt, pepper, lemon juice together and mix.
2. Add your sauce into your shredded cabbage
3. Add shredded carrots and red onion
4. Mix until combined. Refrigerate for 4 hrs. If it becomes too watery, drain the liquid. You can serve right away.

Nutrition per serving for 6 servings: Calories – 163, Fat – 15g, Protein – 1g, Net Carbs – 3.5g
