My long-awaited broccoli salad recipe! This salad is a family favorite, even my nieces who hate veggies loves it 🙂

1 lb broccoli florets, raw
1 cup mayo
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3-4 tbsp sweetener (you can use granular or powdered)
Dash of salt
4 strips bacon, diced
1/4 cup chopped nuts (I used sliced almonds)
1 tsp sesame seed oil (https://amzn.to/2zOk3h0)
1 roma tomato, diced
1 red onion, diced
1. Make your dressing by adding your mayo, apple cider vinegar, salt and sweetener in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
2. Dice your onion, tomato and cooked bacon if you haven’t done so already.
3. Add your sesame seed oil into your dressing and taste. Make sure your dressing is to your desired liking.
4. Pour dressing onto the broccoli and do one mix. Add your bacon, onion and tomato and mix.
5. Not add your nuts – at this time you can add anything else you want like cheese.
6. Mix thoroughly and enjoy! If you want your broccoli to marinate, then cover and refrigerate for 1 hr.
P.S – If you are using bagged broccoli, you can eat right away, if you purchase the broccoli crowns and have to cut them, I find that it’s best to marinate this.

4. Vierta el aderezo sobre el brócoli y haga una mezcla. Agregue su tocino, cebolla y tomate y mezcle.
5. No agregue sus nueces: en este momento puede agregar cualquier cosa que desee, como queso.
6. ¡Mezcle bien y disfrute! Si desea que su brócoli se marine, cubra y refrigere por 1 hora.
P.S: si está utilizando brócoli en bolsas, puede comer de inmediato, si compra las coronas de brócoli y tiene que cortarlas, creo que es mejor marinar esto.
