BEST JALAPEÑO CHEESE BREAD! How to Make Jalapeño Cheese Cornbread! ONLY 3 NET CARBS!


Are you a sweet or savory cornbread lover? I’m super excited to share this recipe with you guys!! It’s amazing with chili or any soups and is perfect for winter! Find the recipe below:

Jalapeño Cheese Cornbread Recipe

Servings: 12 slices
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup fine almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
3/4 cup baby corn (I use this one: https://amzn.to/3m9adbI)
3 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sweetener (I use this one: https://amzn.to/31qBzCq)
4 tbsp butter melted
3 heaping tbsp sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 jalapenos sliced
Optional: Cornbread Flavoring

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Add half of a can of baby corn into a food processor and blend until minced.
In a large bowl or stand mixer, add all of your dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, sweetener and salt). Mix.
Now, add your wet ingredients (sour cream, eggs, butter and ½ cup cheddar cheese)
Place your batter into your pan and bake for 18-20 mins
Let cool for 10 mins and enjoy with chili!
