THREE EASY KETO APPETIZERS MADE IN THE AIR FRYER

The holidays are here, so I thought I would share some easy keto appetizers that you can make in an air fryer….since you are probably getting one for Christmas. But really, these low carb appetizers can be made anytime of year – whether you are entertaining for the Super Bowl or having a potluck. These are some of my go-to keto appetizers that I like to make in my air fryer.

First, I will show you how to make keto bacon bourbon meatballs. These tangy, juicy meatballs combine flavors of bacon, bbq sauce and whiskey to create a hearty meatball for all to enjoy. Next, I’ll show you how to make Crispy Caramel Goat Cheese Balls. These are fried balls of creamy goat cheese with a crispy outer crust and drizzled with sugar-free caramel sauce. And last, I show you how to make pork belly in the air fryer. This pork belly is seasoned with a spicy dry rub, air fried and tossed in a sugar-free maple syrup.
