You can cook almost anything in your air fryer. I’m going to show to how to cook three different meats in the air fryer.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN LEGS
8 chicken legs
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons minced shallot
1 tablespoon butter, softened or melted
2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Pat chicken dry with a paper towel. Season all sides with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, mustard, shallot, butter, garlic salt and parsley. Rub buttery dijon mixture all over chicken legs. Refrigerate for 8-24 hours. To air fry, preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 390 degrees. Place chicken legs in air fryer tray or basket leaving space between each leg to allow for air circulation. Air fry for 10 minutes, turning legs over halfway through.
AIR FRYER SHORT RIBS
1.5 pounds flanken cut beef short ribs
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup liquid aminos or soy sauce
2 tablespoons golden monkfruit or golden sweetener
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
In a small bowl, whisk together the rice wine vinegar, liquid aminos, sweetener, sesame oil, pepper, onion powder, ginger powder and cayenne pepper. Add short ribs to a baking dish or large pan. Pour marinade over short ribs. Refrigerate to marinate for 6-12 hours. Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes. Remove short ribs from the marinade and place on air fryer tray or basket. Air fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
AIR FRYER SCALLOPS
1 pound large sea scallops
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon white wine
2 teaspoons lemon juice
pinch of salt
Rinse scallops, pat dry with paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat air fryer at 400 degrees for 3-4 minutes. Place scallops on the air fryer tray or basket. Air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip scallops halfway through cooking. In a small saucepan or skillet, melt butter over low to medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Whisk in heavy cream and stir until thickened. Whisk in wine, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Pour sauce over cooked scallops and serve.
