👉 Here are three simple methods for faster healing and better gut health through intermittent fasting! Fasting can be a powerful way to heal the gut and help heal digestive issues. Fasting for leaky gut works. It takes massive energy and blood flow to process a meal or snack. When you eat, your digestive system starts to work. You can use fasting to overcome the stress that digestion puts on your guy.

✅ A young person (under 30) takes an average of 14 hours to digest a meal. As you get older, that takes longer! The easiest method is to have a daily fasting schedule in place – A ratio of 18 hours to 6 hours so fasting for 18 hours and then a 6-hour eating window. Out of 24 hours in a day – you fast (drink water, coffee tea, electrolytes) for 18 hours – for the 6-hour feeding window – eat 2 meals – if they can be keto-friendly, even better!

✅ The second method is this; Studies show that completing 24-hour water fast, strengthens intestinal cells. Go dinner to dinner, lunch to lunch, or breakfast to breakfast! Reset your gut and do this once per week. No more than once per week!

✅ Our third and final method is a quarterly or annual “block fast”. An extended block fast is a water fast of 3 to 5 days. A block fast will starve down the bacteria in your body! Please work with a professional on this. Breaking the fast is as important as the fast itself – go LOW and SLOW!
